Len Fox is the founding shareholder and C.E.O. of Scarecrow Trading Inc., He is responsible for the development of market investment strategies and tactics. Mr. Fox is the designer of a proprietary market positioning system used to optimally expose client’s assets for growth opportunity. This strategy is currently used by several money management firms to direct client assets. Mr. Fox is responsible for overall market strategy, operations, and signal execution. Mr. Fox holds an MBA from Regis University. Prior to starting Scarecrow Trading, Mr. Fox enjoyed a 25 year career with AT&T in various management positions. In 2003, Mr. Fox commercialized the algorithms he uses today for servicing individuals and firms in the financial industry.
