Founded in 2003 by Len Fox, Scarecrow Trading was born of several years fighting back from Bear markets.  Our trading signals went through extensive analysis and refinement for several years and put into practice by several private investors before being offered publicly.  Through our commitment, experience, and expertise Scarecrow Trading has established a business relationship with our clients that will enable them to develop strategies to protect their assets from the erosion of Bear market swings.   

Len is the founding shareholder and C.E.O. of Scarecrow Trading Inc., He is responsible for the development of market investment strategies and tactics.  Mr. Fox is the designer of a proprietary market positioning system used to optimally expose client’s assets for growth opportunity.  This strategy is currently used by several money management firms to direct client assets. Mr. Fox is responsible for overall market strategy, operations, and signal execution. 

Mr. Fox holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Management and a Masters in Business Administration from Regis University.  Prior to starting Scarecrow Trading, Mr. Fox enjoyed a 25 year career with AT&T in various management positions.  In 2003, Mr. Fox launched the algorithms he uses today for servicing the financial industry.  Mr. Fox’s strategies are consistently found ranked in the top 10% relative to performance over time for market position strategies.  Mr. Fox has served as a market consultant for various firms successfully applying the strategies in various portfolio configurations throughout the industry.  Len is a Commodities Trading Advisor (CTA) and active member of the National Association of Active Investment Managers (NAAIM).
